Production Process And Quality Assurance

1. When the drawings are issued, the technicians shall sort out the list of materials according to the drawings, and submit it to the purchasing department after checking the inventory.

2. Manufacturing process: timely feedback to technical department or Marketing Department on design and manufacturing problems found in the manufacturing process.

3. Material cutting: CNC cutting, oprators make cutting strictly accordance with the drawing requirements, and than make self inspection, professional inspectors ensure that the quantity and quality are no problem before entering the next production process.

4. The qualified materials and parts shall be drilled and marked in the machining workshop, and the CNC machining center shall finish machining according to the drawing requirements. The next process can be started only after the professional inspection and qualification of the materials and parts.

5. Assembly and welding: the qualified workpieces and parts will be assembled and welded according to the reasonable welding sequence to ensure that the weld is beautiful and free of welding slag and burr.

6. Grinding and derusting: after assembling and welding, the parts shall be polished and derusting treatment to remove the welding spatter, air hole, etc. remove the oil stain and dust on the surface, carry out anti rust treatment according to the design requirements, and then enter the next process.

7. After the paint treatment is qualified, carry out the electrical assembly, check the relevant dimensions, wiring, make machine testing to check whether the equipment is normal in idle running, and carry out the loading test again if necessary.

8. If the paint on the surface of the equipment falls off after the testing, it shall be repainted as required and then packed waiting for delivery.
